    Sign Shop Starter Kit(tm) Product End User License Agreement

    IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT

    Thank you for purchasing the Sign Shop Starter Kit(tm) (The Product). Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) is willing to license the Sign Shop Starter Kit(tm) (The Product) to you as the individual, the company, or the legal entity that will be utilizing the Product (referenced below as "you" or "your") only on the condition that you accept all of the terms of this license agreement. This is a legal and enforceable contract between you and Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company). By receiving this Product you agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement.

    License

    The templates and documentation that accompany this license (collectively the "Sign Shop Starter Kit") are the property of Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) and are protected by copyright law. The templates and documentation shall be taken to mean the templates or any representation of the templates such as the forms, templates and designs. While The Company continues to own the Sign Shop Starter Kit, you will have certain rights to use the Sign Shop Starter Kit after your acceptance of this license. This license governs any releases, revisions, or enhancements to the Sign Shop Starter Kit that The Company may furnish to you. Your rights and obligations with respect to the use of the Sign Shop Starter Kit are as follows.

    You may:
    A. Use the Product or copies of the Product within a single facility.
    B. Use the Product in accordance with any additional permitted uses set forth below.

    You may not:
    A. Copy any printed documentation that accompanies the Product.
    B. Sublicense, rent, copy, distribute copies or lease any portion of the Product or Templates; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the Product, or create derivative works from the Product.
    C. Resell or Redistribute the original Sign Shop Starter Kit or copies of the original Product.
    D. Use the Product in any manner not authorized by this license; nor
    E. Use the Product in any manner that contradicts any additional restrictions set forth below.
    F. Any person who received the Product through any of the forgoing prohibited methods, or through any method other than purchasing a license for the Product from The Company, is not authorized to use such Product.

    Termination of License

    Your rights under this End User License may be terminated by Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) immediately and without notice if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this End User License. Upon such termination, you must immediately cease using the Product, return the Product to Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) and delete or destroy all complete and partially completed graphic files utilizing the Product, including all backup copies. Any termination of this End User License shall not affect Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) rights hereunder. Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) shall have the right to change or add to the terms of its End User Licenses at any time, and to change, delete, discontinue, or impose conditions on any feature or aspect of the Product or Services (including but not limited to internet based services, pricing, technical support options, and other Product-related policies) upon notice by any means Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) determines in its discretion to be reasonable, including sending you an email notification or posting information concerning any such change, addition, deletion, discontinuance or conditions in the Product or on any Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) sponsored web site, including but not limited to Sign Shop Starter Kit(tm) website.

    Limited Warranty

    Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) warrants that the media on which the Product is distributed will be free from defects for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery of the Product to you. Your sole remedy in the event of a breach of this warranty will be that Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) will replace any defective media returned to Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) within the warranty period. Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) does not warrant that the Product will meet your requirements or that operation of the Product will be uninterrupted or that the Product will be error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the above warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property rights. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state and country to country.

    Disclaimer of Liabilities and Damages

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and regardless of whether any remedy set forth herein fails of its essential purpose, in no event will Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) be liable to you for any special, consequential, indirect, or similar damages, including any lost profits or lost data arising out of the use or inability to use the Product even if Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no case shall Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) liability exceed the purchase price for the Product. The disclaimers and limitations set forth above will apply regardless of whether you accept or do not accept the Product license.

    Trademarks

    The Sign Shop Starter Kit(tm), The Templates(tm), Forms(tm), Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company), are all trademarks of Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company) and use of these trademarks by others is prohibited.

    Copyright

    Title and copyrights to the Product, Templates, documentation and accompanying materials, if any, and any graphic designs using the Product made by you remain with Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company). The structure, organization, and code of the Product are valuable trade secrets of Sign Shop Starter Kit (The Company). Unauthorized copying of the Product or documentation, or failure to comply with the above restrictions, will result in automatic termination of this Agreement. This Agreement does not grant you any intellectual property rights.

    By downloading the Sign Shop Starter Kit you are agreeing to the terms set forth.

    Returns, Exchanges or Refunds

    All sales are final.
